Uff.. this is the first real painting, I submit to DA and it is the first painting I did just for me and not for school or something else since long..
I painted it with acrylics on oilpainting paper (30x40 cm with 230g/m²). All in all it took me about 10 hours to finish. The real painting is completly done without the help of digital-stuff... I only added this black frame, created some blendings on the painting with the black background and added "ghostship" with photoshop. The white effect around the ship I made by bluring white color with my finger...^^ First of all I had the idea to paint a ship with a galleon but it would have been to.. empty so my friend ~Gunni made me think about a ghostship that comes out really big in the foreground.. and that's the result... The shiny effect of the ship I did by bluring the white color with my fingers.. so it look even more spooky... I hope you'll like it and I'm curious about any comment  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
